Expert guidance for teams and organizations seeking to improve leadership, operations, and workplace culture. Ideal for executive leaders, middle managers, new managers, HR professionals, healthcare teams, educators, remote & hybrid teams, small business owners, and more. Areas of focus include:

Leadership and Team Coaching

  • Leadership Coaching

One-on-one coaching for leaders guiding teams through reorganizations, breakdowns in communication and responsibility, and misalignment on goals and roles. It also makes room for what leaders carry themselves: imposter syndrome, difficulty delegating, and balancing support for their direct reports with requests from above. Sessions are confidential, and goals and progress are shared with the sponsoring organization only as agreed up front.

  • Team Coaching

Team coaching works with the whole team, over time. Together we define what makes the group a team, align on a shared vision, and create governance agreements for how the team makes decisions and works together. Members build communication skills so every voice is valued and active, learn to address it when interactions go off track, and grow into a team that sustains itself regardless of leadership involvement.

Workshops and Presentations

  • Neurodiversity in the Workplace

An introduction to ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence, the language around them, and how they show up at work. Everyone leaves with practical ways to work well together around sensory load, communication, time and pacing, and feedback, whether they're neurodivergent themselves or working alongside colleagues who are.

  • Burnout: Identification and Recovery

The stages of burnout and the early signs that are easy to miss, in yourself and in the people around you. Participants learn a four-part recovery approach (Regulate, Restore, Reassess, Respond), and leadership sessions add what can change in workload and culture to keep burnout from coming back.

  • Menopause in the Workplace

How perimenopause and menopause can affect sleep, focus, memory, and energy at work, including how hormonal changes can intensify ADHD and other neurodivergent traits. Participants learn how to talk about menopause openly, how to ask for and offer support, and which practical accommodations help experienced staff stay.

Supports agencies developing menopause accommodation guidance under Executive Order 26-01.
